Step 1
Sign up for a new Google Account on www.google.com/accounts/newaccounts
now make your gmail account there.
Step 2
Signup for a new Google Adsense account on www.google.com/adsense and fill the form that automatically displays after clicking signup.

Important:
Make sure that you have entered the same name which is printed on your N.I.C or any other official document. It will be useful to you if you don’t receive the PIN number at your home. This topic is explained in the other post already.

Make it sure that the address you have provided is not already used by your relative to make Google Adsense account. It is not allowed to make two accounts from the same home address.
Enter the correct postal code. If not sure about the Postal code then search over the Google regarding your location.
Step 3
Fill out the complete form and submit your application. Normally it takes around 3 days to get your Adsense ID.

There is a big problem with a large number of new Adsense account holders that they don’t get the pin number at their address especially in small countries.There is no need to worry about Google Adsense PIN because it is only for verifying the address of yours. There are some other ways that you can verify your address and remove the Payment Hold at your Adsense Account. As you know that your Adsense pin is issued after your account balance reaches $10. If you don’t get get your in the given time then contact with Google by email. After two or three mails they will reply you as under;

“Thanks for writing in about your PIN. We understand that you’ve been unable to receive your PIN. In order to resolve this issue, you have two options:
1. You can respond to this email and attach a digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement, or telephone bill displaying your payee name and mailing address as it appears in your account. If you select this option, please note that we’re only able to accept information printed in one of our supported languages. You can find a list of supported languages at https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=9727.
2. Alternatively, please review your address information and respond to this email. If there’s an error in your address, you can update it by following these steps:
- Log in to your AdSense account at https://www.google.com/adsense
- Click the ‘My Account’ tab.
- Under the ‘Payee Information’ section, click ‘Edit’
- Edit the appropriate address fields. Please note that the Country and Payee Name fields cannot be edited.
- Click ‘Save Changes’
Once we receive your response, we’ll be happy to send you another PIN by standard mail.

Now mail them your ID card digital image. If your ID card is not in supported language then translate it from some authorized Public Notary near you and email it to above email address. Please make sure that address should be the same as it appears in your Adsense account.
Send it twice and you will be happy to see that your account is activated after receiving the following email.
“Thanks for your email. After verifying your ID proof, I am happy to let you know that I have manually overridden your PIN requirement and you won’t be required to enter another PIN for this account in the future.
Going forward, please keep in mind that if your payments are on hold for any reason other than PIN or phone verification, you’ll need to remove the holds prior to the 15th in order to be paid in that month.
